  I LOST IT ... my JW rant today

  well, i just couldn't hold it in anymore.. today, i exploded, talking to my mother about the family inheritance and how i am being screwed.. i told her i had been so angry lately, and just had to tell her what i was thinking, because the anger was slipping out at times, and i was making snide anti-jw comments .... which is not my way.

  i'm usually quite direct.. i told her that i couldn't take being treated like a piece of dog you-know-what on the bottom of someone's shoe any longer.. that in the past couple of years, i had learned so much filth about the jws that i was getting more and more disgusted day by day.. i started shouting ... there is nothing wrong with me!!!

  why do i have to be shunned when they hide child molesters???.

  needing advice on neighbors and ...

  guns.

  i am not jehovahs' witness, so thank you for allowing me this visit.

  i have friends i respect deeply who are, and much apprecaite their faith and integrity.. however i have a problem with my jehovah witness neigbors shooting guns often, five days this week.

  This neighbor sounds too trigger happy. Some people, no matter what religion, are nutters, and kill people for no reason.

  I feel for you and I am sorry you and your area have to put up with this jerk.

  Do you have a Councilman, or Mayor to write to or email.?

  What about your area State Representative. Tell him what you told us. That the local density of people is growing, and you are afraid someone might possibly get shot or killed. Is it possible to find out someway, to see if his guns are registered, or do you have something like homestead rights and on your own property you can have any kind of arsenal you want?

  Is it possible this man has been in jail and should not even have one gun?

  Do you have any town ordinance for quiet time that he might be violating?

  ---> If you go the KHall route, I might see a Lawyer first and have the Lawyer write the letter to the KHall and not put your name on it, just be "the client". Say that this man is not a good neighbor, not a good Christian man, and say he also used profanity in addressing you. Possibly, say, you were interested in learning more about JW.org but this man and his family are such poor examples of their faith, you don't want anything to do with a religion that would have those hypocrites in it.

  I do know how irritating it is when you want to enjoy a summer night and you have to contend with neighbor noise.

  i am currently an skeptic, but i have to admit that i can't assure that all the stuff of early christianity was false.. for instance, we know that the genuine letters of paul were written before the destruction of jerusalem.

  so, paul affirmed that jesus resurrected, though he was not there when it supposedly happened.

  but, if jesus did not resurrect, why didn't the jews expose this falsehood?.

  I saw the film "Jerusalem" at IMAX. All you have to do is watch the film and they will show you EXACTLY the true tomb where Jesus was placed and was resurrected from.

  When I was in Jerusalem I was shown at least two (2) authentic tombs.

  PS My Spanish is muy poquito lol but I don't recall ever hearing Spanish spoken with a German accent. Some of his words sounded a bit like he was speaking a type of Dutch, to me, which type, I don't know. lol I actually was mainly commenting on enjoying the clear Spanish, spoken by native speakers. That's all.

  PSS I knew someone who was born and raised in Scotland, came to America, then went to South America to teach English. After he came home from that adventure, I met him and I found myself straining to understand his English. So if you are in South America and you hear people speaking English with a Scottish accent...

  I don't know about Rutherford but I agree with what Lady Lee said. I went with a sister to the hospital to visit her brother who was dying of lung cancer and in the last week of his life. While we were there he asked his friend to light a cigarette up for him, and stick it in his mouth so he could have a few puffs. His sister was disgusted. His sister, an uber pioneer who had traveled miles to see him, later, gave him an unwanted JW funeral. Now his friends were disgusted with her.

  Rutherford was a womanizing, walking, talking, lying, alcoholic hypocrite. I would think there must have been more pictures out there of him. What happened to them. Who knows.

  Who would want to belong to a religion such as JW.org represents??? Collectively in the picture of the people in that room, they look depressed, surpressed , downtrodden and traumatized, waiting for a better life to happen, sometime. None of them appear to be 'normal'. Normal people are not waiting for a WT/GB to tell them when it is time to go, run and hide??? From??? Normal people don't act that way. Normal people have planned out their lives and career paths, just like the GB have. Most normal people understand when they are being used to further someone else's game plan. In this case the governing body's.

  PS JW.org has spent its life pointing their fingers at the Catholic church, saying that the adherents of the catholic persuasion are based on fear. They say Catholics are obedient and go to church and give the church money out of fear. Fear through the Catholic doctrine of hell fire. JW.org does not put the fear of burning forever in a fiery hell in its publisher's mind, but they do give them daily fear of the great tribulation and the war of armageddon . Example topic of conversation anytime with a JW. "Is your go-bag ready"???
